Virtual Life Simulation – Specimen 001 (VLS-001) is an experimental autonomous artificial life simulation.

Rather than controlling a character, you observe a single virtual organism as it interacts with its environment according to its own internal behaviours. Its primary objective is to absorb nutrients in order to survive while responding to a vertical temperature gradient that can induce thermal shock if it remains in environmental extremes for too long.

This prototype focuses on creating the illusion of a living artificial organism through autonomous behaviour, fluid motion and environmental interaction, rather than traditional gameplay.
